Billy Martin – 1953 Babe Ruth Award; All-star in 1956; Won four championships as a player and a fifth while managing the Yankees.
Casey Martin – In spite of suffering from a birth defect in his left leg known as Klippel Trenaunay Weber syndrome was three times all Pac-10 and was a member of Stanford University’s NCAA-champion 1994 team. He attained a career highlight by finishing tied for 23rd at the U.S. Open, and even briefly contended for the lead.

Slater Martin – A member of five NBA World Championship teams and played in seven All-Star games. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame on May 3, 1982 in Springfield, Massachusetts.
